Q: What Should We Do If We Don't Have Drawings?
A: Please send your samples to our factory, and we can then replicate or
provide you with a better solution. If placing an order, please send us
pictures or drafts with dimensions (thickness, length, height, width), 2D or
3D files.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Sample orders: 100% prepayment. B. Batch orders: 30%-50% of the total
amount by T/T as a deposit, the remainder to be settled before shipment.
