Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct foundry factory with over 35 years of experience. No middlemen – you get factory-direct pricing and full quality control. You are welcome to visit our facility in Botou City, Hebei Province, China.
What casting processes and services do you offer?
We provide one-stop manufacturing from mold design to finished parts. Our processes include:
- Sand casting (ductile iron, gray iron, steel)
- Die casting (aluminum, zinc)
- Investment casting (lost wax, stainless steel, carbon steel)
- Lost foam casting
- Brass & copper casting
- CNC machining (3/4/5 axis, ±0.005mm tolerance)
What is your typical lead time for custom castings?
Mold/tooling: 15–20 days after order confirmation. Sample approval: 7–10 days. Mass production: 30–45 days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders accepted with additional surcharge.
What is your payment term?
For tooling/mold: 50% deposit after order confirmation, 50% balance after sample approval. For mass production: 50% deposit, 50% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. We also accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union.
Do you provide after-sales service and warranty?
Yes. We offer a 12-month warranty from shipment date. Any quality issues caused by our manufacturing will be replaced free of charge. Our service team responds within 24 hours. Quality and service are our top priorities.
Can you machine castings after production?
Absolutely. We have in-house CNC machining centers (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis) capable of achieving tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm. Drilling, tapping, milling, turning, and surface grinding all available.
