The Losier factory primarily manufactures copper gravity castings and cast aluminum products. The company maintains an independent mold workshop equipped with wire-cut EDM, electrical discharge machining (EDM), CNC machining centers, and other advanced equipment, enabling us to independently develop and produce molds. We are capable of manufacturing castings in brass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using a variety of processes, including sand casting, investment casting, lost-wax casting, water glass casting, gravity casting, and hybrid casting technologies.
Losier consistently manufactures high-quality copper gravity casting parts and components in accordance with client requirements. We offer comprehensive, one-stop custom services—ranging from design drafting, rapid prototyping, and mold development to mass production, assembly, and delivery. We also operate our own CNC machining center, providing services such as CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling, and cutting. We are a manufacturer and supplier of custom copper gravity casting and CNC machining services.
