The die-casting process employed by the Losier factory involves injecting molten metal into a mold cavity under high pressure. This mold cavity is formed by two hardened tool steel dies that have been precision-machined; the underlying operating principle is similar to that of injection molding. Most die-cast parts are produced from non-ferrous metals—specifically aluminum alloys and zinc alloys—and, depending on the type of metal being cast, either hot-chamber or cold-chamber casting machines may be utilized.
The Losier factory primarily manufactures copper gravity castings and cast aluminum products. The company maintains an independent mold workshop equipped with wire-cut EDM, electrical discharge machining (EDM), CNC machining centers, and other advanced equipment, enabling us to independently develop and produce molds. We are capable of manufacturing castings in brass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using a variety of processes, including sand casting, investment casting, lost-wax casting, water glass casting, gravity casting, and hybrid casting technologies.
Losier is a professional Brass Sand Casting factory. Our primary product lines encompass brass sand casting, precision casting, die casting, forging, and CNC turning. Available materials include gray iron, ductile iron, bronze, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, among others. Welcome to contact us.
Losier's custom sand-cast aluminum parts utilize the highest-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity.
